Competition Law

Our competition law team, which closely follows current developments in the field of competition, represents our clients before the Competition Authority and the courts in cases arising from these issues within the scope of preliminary investigations, inquiries and on-site inspections on transactions such as notifications regarding mergers and acquisitions, prevention of cartels, combating monopolies, preventing restrictions on competition and unfair competition, merger and acquisition notifications and negative clearance/exemption applications, as well as agreements restricting competition and abuse of dominant position.
